PSCA Outlaw Street Qualifying, 3rd round, World Finals 2008

In this third round of PSCA Outlaw Street 10.5 tire qualifying, Rich Zehring stepped up his elapsed time to match the 6.89 that was run earlier by Ron Weems. Ron Lummus is still the number one drag racing qualifier in the class, and he was able to back up his earlier pass for the record.
